Hazelnut Butter from The Healthy Foodie
Hazelnut butter could not be easier. First roll the hazelnuts around in a dish cloth to try and remove the skin. As you can see it didn’t work too well – maybe I should’ve toasted them first. Then just go to town with your food processor – it takes a while but just keep going – trust the hazelnuts. I recommend pulsing as to not blow out the motor.
