- 3 Cups Chickpeas
- 1/2 Cup unsweetened Shredded coconut
- 1/4 Cup Hemp Hearts
- 1/4 Cup Dark Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 Cup Flaxseed
- Attempt to make Chocolate Truffles from The Healthy Foodie. Blow out food processor trying to process dates. Remove dates and set aside.
- With leftover semi-processed chickpea mixture form into balls and cook at 375F for about 20 minutes.
