Accidental Chickpea Cookies inspired by The Healthy Foodie.

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Chickpeas
  • 1/2 Cup unsweetened Shredded coconut
  • 1/4 Cup Hemp Hearts
  • 1/4 Cup Dark Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Flaxseed

Directions

  1. Attempt to make Chocolate Truffles from The Healthy Foodie. Blow out food processor trying to process dates. Remove dates and set aside.
  2. With leftover semi-processed chickpea mixture form into balls and cook at 375F for about 20 minutes. 
  3. Give to roommates.
