Day 3 and I’m feeling good. I may have slipped up when we went for sushi – without thinking I ate Gyoza which I’m pretty sure contain wheat now that I think about it. Being gluten-free takes some serious research.
Breakfast (thanks K!)
– Seed to Sausage Bacon (very spicy!)
– Organic Eggs
– Fruit salad
– Assorted Sushi (I may have cheated here since I wasn’t paying too close attention – being gluten-free takes some focus). UPDATE: Soy sauce has gluten. Gluten-free FAIL!
– Tuscan Chicken Salad at Fanatics (It was pretty good but the salad with goat cheese looked even better).
